Our process, which we call The Ericksson Way(TM), is focused on the client's rapid return on investment. Our basic business tenet is this: Give the client an educated, honest assessment of a project up front, before the client invests resources in the recruitment project. This allows for an honest flow of communication regarding parameters and expectations. We will opt to decline a search project and share with the client the foreseen challenges, rather than undertake a project in which no one wins.
