Charting the Patient Path - Enhancing the Patient Experience

From Walk-In to Walk-Out, and measuring the Satisfaction Post Visit

Through an interactive roundtable discussion format, Council attendees will discuss and explore lessons learned from implementing strategic projects regarding developing or improving upon the patient experience.  Individuals and are strongly encouraged to share their experiences amongst the group.

Further, keeping your patient population healthy and satisfied with their care is the life-blood to the medical group community.

Dovetailing off the previous discussion, council attendees will analyze group best practices with various Patient Satisfaction Tools and Surveys. Topics include:

  • How you track what is most important to your patients and responding to their concerns
  • Identifying the key drivers to overall patient satisfaction and retention
  • Success stories in regards to target improvements as a result of uncovered information.

Accountable Care Organizations

Medicare Shared Savings, Pioneers, or Commercial ACOs; all have various ramifications on the job of a Marketing or Communications director in the healthcare community.  Council attendees will share and discuss their initial experiences with each of these different structures, to shorten the learning curve by analyzing council best practices.
